We are seeking a Heavy Duty Truck Service Manager to join our team! Candidate will oversee the activities of a team of technicians in a truck & trailer repair shop & coordinate daily service calls done off-site at customers' locations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily activities of the shop and road service teams.
- Delegate repair assignments to appropriate teams and personnel.
- Place/start repair orders based on customer needs and breakdowns.
- Inspect all incoming parts & suppliers' income orders.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer service, service manufacturing, or other related fields.
- Knowledge of production tools and equipment of a heavy-duty truck & trailer environment.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
